In 2016, CMVE purchased a 2-year agreement with Kognito to license all public colleges and universities for unlimited on-campus use of the Veterans on Campus online training module geared toward faculty and staff. To login and begin using Kognito, campus faculty and staff should visit https://www.kognitocampus.com/login, create a username and password, and use the enrollment key: michiganvets to access the training modules.

2017-2018 Kognito Challenge Grant Opportunity

Download the announcement flyer for the Challenge Grants here. CMVE hopes to see 5,000 Kognito completions on public campuses throughout the state before the end of the Kresge-supported agreement. The targets below are based on each campus’s share of total undergraduate enrollment and must be met before May 30, 2018 to qualify. Tips & Resources for campus champions can be accessed after logging in through http://www.kognitocampus.com/login and clicking on the orange “Tips & Resources” button. From there, click “higher education,” and an interactive, linked PDF with a number of highly useful resources will open. Kognito Keyholders

All CMVE campuses are asked to designate a Kognito Keyholder who will act as the institution’s Kognito liaison through the 2-year agreement period, including access to periodic institution-specific usage reports. Contact Katie Giardello (kgiardello@mcca.org) to designate your keyholder. If another liaison is not identified, the institution’s keyholder will default to the primary veterans POC on record with CMVE until an updated liaison is identified
